As someone who loves to cook, I've found the transition to cooking gluten-free much easier than expected. I love reading recipes and then adapting them to my diet and taste preferences.
I also love to create and make new things. It could be anything from making a window seat cushion to knitting a sweater. Regardless of the creation, it usually starts in the kitchen!
